Deidre brings experience in sales and marketing to the business of real estate. Past sales awards winner and corporate management trained marketing manager by Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, combined with a career in television commercial production confluence to bring an understanding that investments are more than a feeling. Number crunching is her love and she will show you where your home will most profitably be marketed; and as a buyer, she will guide you in understanding the market and the communities you are considering. Every community here is like a different town up north.
Additionally, with over two decades of leadership positions in philanthropy, community organizations and golf club boards; Deidre brings to this industry an understanding of effective, efficient and earnest negotiations. Now that her children are grown--a son, an engineer in the PE industry; and a daughter, an archtect in NYC, even though her maiden name is Mulligan, Deidre realized after arriving in Naples five years ago, that it can’t just be about Golf and Fun. She doesn’t do things half way, is all-in and works full time.
She continues her realtor education in keeping abreast of new technology and is a Broker Associate, certified as an international property specialist agent, only .6% of agents nation wide are certified as such. Additionally, she has Graduate REALTOR Institute designation to better serve you with the Experience you Deserve. She was the first in her previous brokerage team's 15 year history to be awareded Rookie of the Year AND Top Producer in her first year. She has Acheived Diamond Circle of Excellence at JRW in 2021 and 2022.
